Mundane Monday Challenge #16

Minimal Switchboard

Welcome to Mundane Monday Challenge.

This is a challenge created to find beauty in almost everything. The challenge is simple : find beauty in everyday mundane things, capture the beauty and upload the photographs. And give me a pingback.

Anyone who comes across this post can take part in this challenge. And you are free to challenge or invite other bloggers who might be interested in finding beauty in those everyday things all around us.

Here goes my entry for the this Mundane Monday Challenge.

New Feature Added :

I am super glad to know that at least a few of you have started actively searching for images to capture, whether it is mundane or not. So I am being over ambitious here and asking you to challenge at least One other person for finding beauty in everyday life around us. I am hoping that more and more people will start actively looking for photographing the world around us. Mundane things are the best things to start off with.

Now, about today’s image. I like this image because of the Minimal touch. Why don’t you try on those lines if you need some ideas to work on?

{Sorry for the word ‘element’ I used in the previous MM challenge #15. It only means different objects in a frame.}

Hope to see your entries. You can participate in this challenge till next Monday.

  1. I had not gotten over here to read the part about challenging someone else. Hopefully next week I’ll remember. 🙂 It’s fun finding what’s fascinating about the mundane.

      1. Yes I did, the Sony A6000. Still reading the manual, which happens to be a bit more complicated than my iPhone … I thought macro was far easier, that basically I just had to get closer and click. Apparently not 😛 I am working on one for the weekly photo challenge, can’t wait to get your pro feedback. Have a beautiful day dear Ji

        1. Awesome. (but not very awesome as you got a sony 😛 )
          Macro is still easier I guess. if you are on a macro mode, go near (maybe not too near) and click it. Anyway you will figure it out soon 🙂

  2. I like the light gradations shading the right of your photo…. light, light, just a little darker…..

  3. Another switchboard. The minimalistic look lends a layer of meaning to a simple object. It also means that we can go minimalist in our entries this week 🙂
