Let me save you some time, if you're an Indian wanting to visit Singapore for more than 96 hours and have no fancy visas, you do need a visa to visit Singapore!

But if you are on a short visit and have some interesting travel documents, you maybe eligible for visa free transit facility.

Singapore Visa Free Transit Facility for Indians

Certain Indian individuals may qualify for the 96-hour visa free transit facility (VFTF).

If you are transiting to or from any third country via Singapore, you may be eligible for the 96-hour VFTF if you meet these requirements:

• If you have an onward ticket out from Singapore within 96 hours of landing Singapore. This could be air or sea ticket
• You must have a valid visa* or long-term pass (with a validity of at least one month from the date of entry into Singapore under the VFTF)
• - Australia
• - Canada
• - Germany
• - Japan
• - New Zealand
• - Switzerland
• - United Kingdom
• - United States of America

SG Arrival Card for Indians

If you're an Indian or not, you have to fill out an online form called SG arrival card 3 days prior to your arrival date in Singapore. It is a Free service and you can do so by visiting this page. Filling out this form is a mandatory requirement to visiting Singapore, unless you're transiting without needing any immigration clearance.
