Mundane Monday Challenge #39

Railway Platform

Apologies for being late in publishing the post and not going through your challenge post. It all happened due to a technical difficulty. I will be going through all the post real soon. Thank you all for your continued support.

Welcome to Mundane Monday Challenge.

This is a challenge created to find beauty in almost everything. The challenge is simple : find beauty in everyday mundane things, capture the beauty and upload the photographs. And give me a pingback.

Anyone who comes across this post can take part in this challenge. And you are free to challenge or invite other bloggers who might be interested in finding beauty in those everyday things all around us.

Here goes my entry for this Mundane Monday Challenge.

  1. Most excellent photo! I really like the contrast between the orange and the darker colors!

And I’ve just discovered that Monday isn’t the only day I can submit a photo for this challenge. This will make it very much easier for me to put up a photo before the clock strikes midnight.

    1. Thank you Fim. It was uploaded from phone. Some filters were available. So I decided to use them. Glad you liked the tones.
Yes, you can upload any day in between 2 Mondays.

  2. Mr. Jithin … you outdo yourself with each pic … this is such an awesome shot. The lines, the patterns, the texture … and so many diffierent size squares – or blocks !! I just love it <3

    1. Thank you so much. Glad you enjoyed different elements that I enjoyed while taking the picture.
I was about to come and check if you are doing great as usual, as you were absent for a while. But then again I caught up in something and got busy. Hope you had a great Christmas. Wishing you A very lovely new year ahead 🙂

      1. Hi Jithin ..thanks for the attempted follow up! My phone was out of commission so could not participate in MM challenge – which has been the No. 3 referrer to my site whilst you have been been reported as the most prolific commentor!!! per WP Report !!!
I would like to thank you for your contribution to the blogosphere and very specially for the concept of Mundane Monday which has truly changed how people see the world around them.
TC my friend and best to you in this New Year.

  3. Railroad stations are a great location for some great mixtures of textures, material and color contrasts. There is also something I tend to be fond of: the sneaking in or emergence of nature up through the cracks. All of which you have captured to well.

    1. Yes, Just like you said, the emergence of nature in that odd place was the element attracted me too. I wanted to capture directly from the front, but the train stopped a bit behind, so it became sideways. Anyway glad you liked it 🙂

  4. Life pops up even in the remote of places.. And what makes the life worth living is, stopping by and appreciating such smaller details!! Wonderful observation once again.. 🙂

    1. Thank you Lisa. The word industrial is lingering in your mind. You have that in your previous MMC post too 😉
Hope you had a great Christmas. Have a great year ahead 🙂
